O-City rentals is a local and individually owned small business. I started business back in May of 2024 and thanks many wonderful clients who have rented with us we have been growing at a faster rate than we could've ever imagined. We are still a very small business and work around a full time job schedule but we always give our best to make sure we present our utmost excellent customer service. We always try to work with our client and with our work schedule to try and have equipment delivered and ready for the event needed , whether thats a free delivery or set up the afternoon before the event date , or extended hour and holiday availability, we always try our best to work with every client!

  • Renting party supplies from OCity Rentals is based off of YOU!  You can book here on our website, by calling or through text ! What ever you prefer! Our online website is easy to use and can save you time! All you have to do is select the item you want , add the quantity to the cart and add a little bit of information and check out! 

  • In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible! Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items!

  • Absolutely, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability of course! If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible by calling or texting. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly! Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.

  • Absolutely! We deliver statewide for an extra charge based off of location! We will send you a quote including delivery and pickup when requested for!

  • Rentals are priced per day! However we are still a small business and we never want you to feel like you have a "timer". We generally will rent out for a day and can offer deliver the same day or the day before and we will generally pick up the next day!

  • You can rent equipment for you to pickup or for us to deliver on Friday after 5:00 PM and have us pick it up or you return it by 9:00 PM Monday morning for a 1-day rental rate!
